Rachel Elizabeth Dare is a supporting character in Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Heroes of Olympus and  a supporting character in The Trials of Apollo.

She is a human girl who can see through the Mist, a spell that conceals the Mystical World from human eye. Rachel meets Percy Jackson in the third novel, The Titan's Curse on his quest to rescue Annabeth Chase and the Greek goddess Artemis.

Rachel is the current Oracle of Delphi and the deliverer of the Prophecy of Seven
