Resources Development Administration, better known as the RDA, is the main antagonistic faction of the Avatar franchise.

In the first film, the RDA comes to Pandora in order to mine the planet of its unobtanium and deprive it of its resources to sell on Earth. However, they are driven from the moon by Jake Sully, Neytiri and the Omatikaya Clan, as well as several other human allies who are allowed to stay.

However, in the sequel, the RDA returns and this time z they ate coming to colonize Pandora because Earth is dying.
