Quincey Harker is a minor character in the 1897 novel, Dracula. He is the son of Dracula protagonists Jonathan and Mina Harker introduced in the novels original epilogue.

Seven years after the events of the novel, Jonathan and Mina had their first child, a son named after all four members of the Hunting Party. Quincey bears the name of all four of his honorary uncles but whom they call Quincey, after Quincy Morris, who sacrificed his life to help them destroy Dracula. Harker eventually visits Dracula's castle along with his wife and son and their surviving friends to reminisce.

As Harker returns home with his family, Van Helsing says that one day Harker's son will learn the whole story.

Dracula the Undead[]

In an unofficial sequel to the book, Quincey is actually the son of Dracula through Mina's affair with him.

Trivia[]

  • The epilogue confirms that Quincey was named after all the members of the hunting party. However order their names are is unknown.
  • Quincey Harker appears as the main protagonist of novel Dracula the Un-dead written by Dacre Stoker, a great-grandnephew of Bram Stoker and the screenwriter Ian Holt. He also became a regular mentor figure in Marvel's Tomb of Dracula comic series.
