Queen Titania is a supporting character in the book Visage of the Bassett and it's 2001 mini-series adaptation, Voyage of the Unicorn. She and her husband, Oberon, are the rulers of Fairy Isle who recruit the Aislings to defeat the Trolls who pillage their lands.
She is portrayed by Ocean Hellman.

Queen Titania is the beloved Queen of Fairy Isle, loved and respected by her people. She is also one of the most kindest souls in the fairytale world. Titania is also more calm than her husband, Oberon, whom she loves and cares deeply for. They both share rulership over their people. She is also incredibly wise and just, as she kept faith in the Aislings and knew that Cassandra and Miranda were strong and firm believers. She gave them all gifts for their journey, such as an amber looking glass for Alan so he can see the truth through them, and gives Cassie a necklace with a compass that will always guide her to her family. However, she gives nothing to Miranda because she sees that she is the "girl who has everything," as in her own self belief and her own potential.
