Queen Serenity is the overarching protagonist of the Sailor Moon franchise. She is the mother of Sailor Moon from a previous life and Queen of Moon Kingdom.
In Japanese, she was voiced by Mika Doi in the classic anime and Mami Koyama in Crystal and Eternal, while in English, she was voiced by Barbara Radecki and Wendy Lyon in the DiC dub of the classic anime and Wendee Lee in the Viz dub of the classic anime, Crystal and Eternal.
