Queen Bavmorda is the main antagonist of the Willow franchise. She is the evil queen of Nockmaar and the mother of Sorsha, and the maternal grandmother of Kit and Airk Tanthalos. She is the cruel ruler of her kingdoom who is bent on destroying Elora Danan, a baby who will bring about her downfall. However, the child is protected by the heroes of Andowyne.
Queen Bavmorda only appears in archival footage from the original movie during Sorsha's retelling of the movies events. In fear of a great evil coming to destroy Elora as her mother had done from before, Sorsha was forced to have Elora hidden from everyone, even herself.
