Predacons are the main antagonistic faction of Transformers: Beast Wars and supporting characters in the Transformers Prime franchise. They are, in part, the descendants of the Decepticons who emerged after the Cybertronian Civil War. On Earth, they became the arch-enemies of the Maximals, descendants of the Autobots.

- Razorclaw (possible founder; killed offscreen by Megatron between Beast Wars and Beast Machines)
- Tripredacus Council - (Generals Ram Horn, Sea Clamp and Cicadacon) - Ruling body (killed offscreen by Megatron between Beast Wars and Beast Machines)
- Ravage (Agent of Tripredacus Council. Later joined Megatron's Crew. Killed by Rattrap).
- Megatron's Crew
- Megatron - The leader. Captured alive by the Maximals, but later escaped on Cybertron and was destroyed in the planet's core (in Transformers Beast Machines).
- Scorponok - Megatron's original second in command. Died by being boiled in lava.
- Tarantulas - Megatron's treacherous scientist and Unicron's descendant, as well as a mole planted by the Trpredacus Council, going rogue from both organizations. Killed by his own machine with the Vok.
- Terrorsaur - Megatron's treacherous lieutenant. Died in lava with Scorponok.
- Waspinator - An unlucky Predacon who ironically ended up the sole survivor of Megatron's crew.
- Blackarachnia - A Maximal brainwashed by Tarantulas, later rejoined the Maximals.
- Dinobot - A Predacon who defected to the Maximals. Died of his injuries by Megatron's Crew.
- Rampage - A dangerous maximal created mutant, killed by Depth Charge.
- Inferno - A Maximal brainwashed into a Predacon by Tarantulas. He becomes Megatron's new second in command. Killed accidentally by Megatron.
- Quickstrike - A Fuzor who becomes a Predacon and member of Megatron's crew. Killed accidentally with Inferno by Megatron.
- Dinobot II - A clone of Dinobot. Redeemed after Rampage's death. Dies aboard of the Nemesis.
