Wendy Pleakley (simply known as Pleakley) is one of the main deuteragonists of the Lilo & Stitch franchise. He was a former member of the Galactic Federation, and reluctantly had to partner up with criminal scientist Jumba Jookiba's partner in capturing Stitch. However, he and Jumba end up becoming best friends and a part of Lilo's extended family as the Pelekai sisters' "aunt."
Pleakley usually hates being dragged into Jumba's antics and likes to take more positive and direct approaches to situations, whether it's taking care of Lilo or helping the experiments.
In "Phantasmo", Pleakley is revealed to have upper teeth when he was screaming.
In "Spooky", Pleakley's worst fear is his mother disappointed in him.
Pleakley's sister, Pixley, became CEO of the Glorknot Galaxy because she felt inferior to her brother, but all that made her lonely. Ironically, it happened to Pleakley in Leroy & Stitch, when he became chairman at Galactic Alliance Community College while he was happy at first, Pleakley learned he was only a supervisory professor and felt lonely just as his sister.
In "Kixx", Pleakley hates Crezonyte due to how its toxicity ruined his complexion.
