Perseus "Percy" Jackson is the titular main protagonist of the 2010 film Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief and the 2013 sequel, Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters. He is the demigod son of Poseidon and one of the greatest heroes of the modern Age.
In the original film, he travels with Annabeth Chase and Grover Underwood to prevent a world war breaking out between the gods after Percy is accused of stealing his uncle Zeus's Master Bolt.
In the sequel, Percy finds out he has a half-brother, Tyson and embarks on a second journey to save Thalia Grace's tree (which protects Camp Half-blood's borders from invaders).
He is portrayed by Logan Lerman, who also portrayed Roy Eberhardt in Hoot, D'Artagnan in the 2011 film The Three Musketeers and Norman "Machine" Ellison in Fury.

- ADHD: Percy's ADHD allows him to stay alert on battle.
- Dyslexia: Percy's dyslexia make it impossible for him to read English but helps him translate ancient Greek readings into English
- Enhanced Strength: Percy, being a demigod and son of Poseidon, is stronger than a normal human.
- Telepathy: Percy can hear Poseidon's voice.
- Hydrokinesis: Percy can control water around him.
- Healing: When in contact with water, Percy can ultimately heal himself and free it from any visible wound. He could also heal someone, as he was able to heal Annabeth of a bruise, she sustained by pulling her hand into the water.
- Marine Zoopathy: Percy can speak to animals that are aquatic or horses or related to them because his father is the god of horses as well.
- Atmokinesis (limited): Percy has limited control over weather. He can summon storms, such as miniature hurricanes and winds.
- Water Constructs: During his fight with Luke Percy created a Trident made from water
- Underwater Breathing: As the son of Poseidon, Percy can breathe underwater. However, he initially thought he was one of those who hold his breath for long periods of time underwater.
- Watercraft Manipulation: Percy possesses an intimate awareness of any ship he is on (sailing ships, canoes, motorboats, possibly submarines) an
- Nautical Senses: Percy always know his exact nautical coordinates wherever he is, which allow him to easily navigate his way at sea. After Annabeth hails the Chariot of Damnation, Percy threatens the three drivers to tell him of his prophecy, and they give him a set of coordinates(30, 31, 75, 12) instead. Percy realizes that the coordinates the women gave him were direction to the Sea of Monsters when he sees the coordinates suddenly appearing on the seas. He was able to navigate himself, Annabeth and Tyson and suddenly and instinctively knew where they were at.
Abilities[]
- Greek Mythology Knowledge: Percy is well versed in Greek mythology. For example, he easily identified Persephone as Hades' wife and when Grover mentioned they were in Medusa's lair, Percy immediately recognized her as the Gorgon from Greek mythology and realized Annabeth was in danger.
- Weapon Mastery/Usage: Percy Jackson understood how to use the Golden Fleece to cure Annabeth and knew how to utilize Medusa's head. He was skilled in wielding Riptide and could even use Luke's shield despite having received very little training at that point. After a few tries, he was also able to use the flying shoes that Luke had stolen and had been taught by him."

- In the books, Percy and Annabeth become boyfriend and girlfriend.
- The Percy Jackson Films were cancelled after poor reception of them due to their unfaithfulness to the novels. Instead, the franchise was rebooted for a television series to air on Disney+ instead. Logan Lerman showed his support for the new live-action series.
