Pep is a major character in the Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2 (sequel to the original film) and it's follow-up sequel, Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3: Viva la Fiesta!. She is one of the five children of Papi and Chloe and the sister of Rosa, Ali, Lala, and Papi Jr. She is the most mischievous of all her siblings and a tough but loyal individual.
She is voiced by Emily Osment, who also portrays Lily Truscott in the Hannah Montana series (another Disney production)
