The PALs are the main protagonists of Spirit: Riding Free series. They are a group made up by Pru Granger, Abigail Stone, and Lucky Prescott. They refer to themselves as the collective, an acronym for their first names. The PALs are school students and close friends in Miradero who enjoy horseback riding together on their horses Chica Linda, Boomerang and Spirit respectively.
