Osi Sobeck is the main antagonist of the Citadel Arc of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. He was a Phindian male who served the Confederacy of Independent Systems as a commandant during the Clone Wars who held Even Piell and his troops on the Citadel. He attempted to murder Wilhuff Tarkin but was killed by Ahsoka Tano in self defense.
