Opeli is a supporting character in the animated Netflix drama fantasy series, The Dragon Prince.

She is a member of the High Council who is one of the strongest advisors of the King and a traditionalist at heart. She is loyal to King Harrow and strongly believes in his sons, Ezran and Callum as the true heirs (despite the latter being royalty by marriage instead of by blood). She has a rivalry with Viren, who she strongly distrusted. During the final days of the Human-Xadia War, she supported King Ezran, Callum, and Team Zym against Viren's forces. Due to the misses that team Zym go through, Ezran leaves her in charge of the kingdom.

2 years later, Opeli and the rest of the high council ruled Katolis in The King's absence after convincing the Dragon Queen and team Zym work together to prevent the liberation of the Fallen Starborn Elf Aaravos.
