• Olivia is similar to her ancestor Stoick; both are the parents of the main protagonists and are protective of their children. They are also initially oblivious to their sons' friendships with Dragons and initially dislike them. However, both Hiccup and Tom change their parents minds and only get closer.
• Olivia also resembles Heather from the Race to the Edge, except with blonde hair and a longer face.
• Like Astrid she has blonde hair that she wears in a braid.
