Nia Nal is one of the major protagonists of the Arrowverse, appearing as one of the main protagonists of Seasons 4-6 of Supergirl and a minor character in Season 9 of The Flash.
She is secretly the superheroine Dreamer, who has the ability to dream-related powers and abilities. These powers are the ones she inherited from her deceased mother. Nia is a member of the Superfriends, the student turned lover of Querl Dox, one of the best friends of Kara Danvers, and a close friend of Lena Luthor, Alex Danvers, and Lena Luthor. She has a human father and a Naltorian mother.
Oneiric Energy Manipulation: Nia can create, shape and manipulate dream energy
Oneiric Energy Blasts: Nia has the ability to turn dream energy into telekinetic blasts, which sends her enemies flying into the air. It is proven that her energy blasts are such concussive force that can considerably damage even the crystalline structures of the Fortress of Solitude.
Oneiric Energy Projections: Nia has the baility to use her projections from her dream blasts with any hand-based attacks, such as chains and shockwaves.

Flight: The ring has been shown to enable Nia the ability to fly through unspecific means. It seems to be activated through a telepathic suggestion, as no thoughts or movements were taken to activate it. It appears that it allows Nia to fly in a more hover-like stance instead of the typical vertical form of flying found in Martian Manhunter or Supergirl.

She has held the esteemed role of a political speechwriter for the White House, a position of great prestige that she attained at a young age. Nia's abilities as a reporter at CatCo Worldwide Media have consistently earned her commendation from her superiors, who have consistently praised her eloquent prose and language.
Indomitable will/High tolerance for pain: Nia is a very determined individual and never gives up on trying to protect Earth. She has a remarkable tolerance for pain.

Dreamer suit: Nia wears a blue protective suit as as her superheroine alter-ego, Dreamer, to hide her identity from her enemies when she goes out fighting crime. The suit previously belonged to her mother, Isabel Nal, which Nia received from her father, Paul Nal.
