Negative Still Force , also known as "Deon Owens ," is one of the two main antagonists (along with Reverse-Flash ) of Season 8 of the CW's The Flash . It impacts a Time sickness within Iris West-Allen and plotted to get revenge on The Flash for upsetting the forces of nature.

As the most active of the Negative Forces, the Negative Still Force served as the main antagonist of the "It's All Negative" arc of season 8 of The Flash .
