Natalie Lane Irons is a major protagonist in the television series Superman & Lois. She is the daughter of Lois Lane and John Henry Irons from Earth-TUD22 whose mother was killed by an evil version of Superman. However, in the new world, Natalie grows accustomed to Earth-22 and becomes close friends with Jonathan
She later develops a suit similar to her father and first uses it to help Superman and her newfound family defeat Ally Allston.
It makes life initially difficult for her in Lois and Superman's world because the alternate version of her mother is alive and married to a heroic version of the very man who killed her. However, Natalie grows comfortable to the Kent family, even forming a close friendship with Jonathan and Jordan Kent, her brothers in all but blood.

In the comics Natasha Irons is the niece of John Henry Irons and Lana Lang who becomes a superheroine similar to her father.
Because both versions of Lois Lane are their mother, Nat has called Jonathan and Jordan her brothers several times, as she never had ones before meeting them.
