• Naga acts as a spiritual companion to the Avatar, similar to Kyoshi's Fox spirit, Roku's dragon Fang and Aang's Sky Bison Appa.
• Her and Pabu compliment Appa and Momo. Both are the animal companions, one bigger than the other and become best animal friends with each other.
• Only Asami Sato has driven Naga ,the other being Korra.
