Mya Stone is a character in the A Song of Ice and Fire series. She was one of the illegitimate children of Robert I Baratheon, who had cheated on his wife, Cersei Lannister with Mya Stone's mother.
Mya was born (in Westeros time) 280 A.C. to Robert Baratheon and an unnamed woman, during the former's marriage to Cersei Lannister. Her birth as well as her other siblings were predicted, as were her "half-siblings".
Robert often visited Mya and her mother, even if he lost romantic interest in Mya's mother. However, as a young woman, Mya grew up without a father, as Robert never publicly acknowledged her as his daughter. Instead, Mya was happily raised by her mother, who told her daughter stories about the Giant's Lance.
Personality and traits[]
Mya is a wiry girl, slim and sinewy. She inherited her paternal family's trait of black hair which she has cropped short and round on one occasion, and later cut short and shaggy. Mya's eyes are big and blue. She is about seventeen or eighteen by 298 AC. Mya wears riding leathers and a light shirt of silvered ringmail. Mya has a relationship with the squire Mychel Redfort.
Relationships[]
Family[]
It is unknown what her relationships with her "half-siblings" are like or if she knows she is related to them or not.
Catelyn Tully Stark[]
Mya only encountered Catelyn once before she became Lady Stoneheart.
Mya is a calm and capable guide on the Giant's Lance. Mychel has remarked that her father must have been a goat and that she has the eyes of an owl, with the girl repeating the claims to others.
