Mr. and Mrs. Granger is one of the minor characters of the book series, Harry Potter and the film series of the same name.

Concept and Creation[]
In earlier drafts of the Philosopher's Stone, Mr and Mrs Granger on the shore nearby and next to them, the Potters lived on an island. After Voldemort killed James and Lily, Mr Granger was intended to find Harry after rowing out the island to see what happened. [1]
They were intended to have a second daughter who was a Muggle but was cut from the final version of the series, since she hadn't made an appearance The Order of the Phoenix.
