Dr. Reed Richards, also known as Mr. Fantastic is a supporting character in the 2022 film Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. He is from Earth-838, a world is where Tony Stark's Ultron initiative worked the way it was supposed to.

Reed Richards was regarded the smartest man of the earth in his world, Earth-838, eventually forming the Fantastic Four, marrying his teammate Susan Storm, and having two children with her named Franklin and Valeria. When the threats of Thanos emerged in 2018, Doctor Strange of this Earth recruited Mr. Fantastic when he assembled the Illuminati, a group of heroes to successfully kill the Mad Titan. He voted to execute Strange after he created an incursion in the Multiverse by using the Darkhold searching for a possible solution to the conflict via dreamwalking.

After the mainstream version of Doctor Strange came to Earth-838 stood trial, Richards and the rest of his teammates, besides Mordo, were murdered by a homicidal Scarlet Witch, leaving behind a wife and children.
