Mon-El is a fictional superhero who appears in the Arrowverse created by the CW. He was the deuteragonist of Season 2, a major protagonist in Season 3 and a supporting character in Season 6.
In this continuity, he was the Prince of Daxam born the heir to the throne of his parents, Lar Grand and Queen Rhea. Mon-El is the ex-husband of Imra Ardeen, the ex-boyfriend of Kara Danvers, and the leader of the Legion of Super-Heroes

He was sent off-world when the planet Daxam was destroyed following Krypton's destruction. He became an ongoing love interest for Kara Danvers/Supergirl despite their races being rivals.
Currently, Mon-El is fighting crime in the thirty-first century with the morals and ethics Supergirl taught him during his time in 2016. He founded a new team inspired by his ex-girlfriend's heroism called the Legion of Super-Heroes
