Molly "Mol" Hayes is a fictional character in Marvel's The Runaways comic book series. She is a founding member of the Runaways, a group of teenagers who are the children of powerful villains. Notable for being the youngest member of the original line-up, she is a mutant with superhuman strength, invulnerability, and bioluminescence. Mol is notable for her naivity and innocence in the comics, as well as Because of her mutant background, she greatly admires the X-Men.
Publication History/Debut [ ] She debuted in Runaways #1 and was created by Brian K. Vaughan and Adrian Alphona. She is portrayed by Allegra Acosta (who is reimagined as Molly Hayes Hernandez) in the television series Runaways (a Hulu series set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe).
Trivia [ ] Molly was named after Vaughan's younger sister, Molly Hayes Vaughan and one of the four toughtest females in the Marvel Universe, after Rogue, She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel.
