Mithra is one of the primary locations of The Dark Crystal franchise, primarily featured in the sequel comics, Power of the Dark Crystal and Beneath the Dark Crystal. It is the world beneath Thra and where the Fireling race dwell.
It is currently ruled by three Queens of Ember, were Thurma, Nita, who was a descendant of Chal and Saluna, and Fiola.
