- Techno-Organic Shapeshifting:
- Enhanced Senses:
- Adaptability: As a Cybertronian Metroplex can adapt to any environment and disguise himself as a planet's local vehicle or machinery. He can also understand the languages of the places he it's visiting.
- Vacuum Adaption: As a mechanic-organic being, Metroplex can survive in the vacuum of space due to them not being required to breathe.

- Multilingualism: Metroplex can talk in both his native Cybertronian and the native planet's language. First, he can research languages within seconds through data sources like Earth's internet and then immediately understands how to translate, whether it's Japanese, English, Spanish, and Chinese. This was shown in Transformers (2007) when Optimus in his team searched Earth's languages and were able to speak English to Sam and Mikawela
Abilities[]
- Unarmed Combat
- Weapon Mastery
Weaknesses[]
- Extreme heat/cold: As seen in Transformers (2007) with Megatron and Optimus and Are in Prime, Metroplex can survive in the most harshest environments due to their physiology. However, they are still capable of suffering from further damage if suffering from prolonged exposure. If they were to enter an extremely cold or hot environment, the Transformer in question will shut down in stasis but remain alive.
- Damaged Spark: While Autobots are capable of living for centuries, Metroplex can still be killed if his spark is damaged. However, it is possible to bring a Cybertronian back to life with the Allspark or Energon.
- Cybertronium/Energon deficiency: Cybertonium is a green, crystalline element found only on Cybertron and is used in construction of Transformer bodies on that planet. If Metroplex is deficient of Cybertronium, it will causes minor malfunctions, at first, such as an inability to fully transform or control one's actions, but if the depletion proceeds past a critical level, it can lead to death.
- T-cog dependency: Metroplex and his race depend on a T-cog, which grants them the ability to transform in between vehicle form and bipedal form. However, if Metroplex is without his T-cog, he will be unable to transform, blend in with his surroundings on an alien planet and be immediately exposed.
