The Merpeople are a fictional species on the 2020 Pixar fantasy film Onward.

Prologue[]
Merpeople were only seen in the beginning jumping and splashing in the lake while others rest on rocks. They watch a elf wizard shows firework magic and they were amazed. As magic fades away because of technology a mermaid was texting on a phone while inside a small pool drinking.
Trivia[]
- In teaser, a pink mermaid was jumping leap out of the water but removed after the film release changed it.
