Y'Mera Xbella Challa (also known as Mera) is a character in the DC Extended Universe. She is a supporting character in the film Justice League and the deuteragonist of Aquaman. She is the daughter of Nereus and fostered by Queen Atlanna. In turn, she became one of the most loyal supporters of Arthur Curry and inspired him to join the Justice League to defeat Steppenwolf and take his rightful place as King of Atlantis.
