Meelo is a supporting character in the Avatar franchise, appearing in Legend of Korra. He is an Airbender who is Pema and Tenzin's first son and third child and one of Aang and Katara's grandsons. He was also the brother of Jinora, Ikki and Rohan, the nephew of Kya and Bumi, and the great grandson of Kya I and Hakoda and great-great-grandson of Kanna and Pakku
History[]
Early life[]
Meelo was born in 165 AG to Tenzin and Pema and grew up as one of the last remaining airbenders in the world, the others being his father and his sisters, Jinora and Ikki. As such he never met his grandfather Aang but became close friend with his successor, Korra.
Personality[]
Meelo is enthusiastic, very energetic, and is always disrupting the calmness of Air Temple Island. Like Aang, Meelo is playful, fun-loving and rambunctious but also immature. He has also demonstrated a sassy side and a rather aggressive side as well. He Also has a similar sense of humor like his uncle Bumi and great uncle Sokka and a sense of Americans like Sokka as well.
Physical Appearance[]
Meelo is a young boy with light skin, blue eyes and brown hair and eyebrows. In the first three seasons he used to shave his head like his father and grandfather but by the time jump between book three and four, he grows it out.
He seemed to have inherited his father's and maternal grandmother's blue eyes.

- Zoology Training: Like Tenzin, he is capable of training the lemurs on Air Temple Island.
- Skilled Artist: Unlike Uncle Sokka,Meelo is surprisingly a talented painter and artist. He is capable of making very realistic portraits of people as seen when he made a portrait of Avatar Korra the year she was missing. He was also able to make very detailed self-portraits as well.
