May Parker is a supporting character in the 2018 film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. She is the aunt of Peter Parker and a brilliant scientist who helped her nephew during his days as a vigilante. Aunt May helps the Spider-Gang against Kingpin and created Miles' spider suit.

May Parker was married to a man Benjamin Parker and helped raise their nephew, Peter. She also has a past friendship with with Dr. Olivia Octavius (as only her friends called her "Liv"). It was likely Olivia's turn to villainy is what ended their friendship. When May found out her nephew became Spider-Man, she used her scientific skills to help him in his battles.

Unlike most Aunt Mays, this version has a brilliant scientific mind, and has been aiding her nephew for years. Everyone in the Multiverse knows of Aunt May's caring and sympathetic nature. This is shown when she helps the others without condition, having hosed Spider-Man Noir, Spider-Ham, Peni Parker, Gwen Stacy and Peter B. Parker from the mainstream universe.
