The Mane-iac is an antagonist of the animated series My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. She is a fictional character within the franchise's fictional world who originated from the in-universe Power Ponies, a series of comics that are Spike's favorite.

In the comics, she was once a haircare product other until she fell into a vat of green liquid and was electrocuted by a downed power line. It drove her into complete insanity and turned her into a deranged supervillain with the ability to move her hair at will. In the comics she originated from, she is the main and primary arch-enemy of the Power Ponies.
