Malachor is a planet featured in the Star Wars franchise. In the Legends, it was called Malachor V while in canon, it is simply known by its name.
It made its canon appearance in "Twilight of the Apprentice," the twenty-first and twenty-second episode of the series Star Wars Rebels.

Malachor was the site of a terrible battle called the "Great Scourge of Malachor" in which the Jedi launched an all-out assault on the temple. However, the superweapon either malfunctioned or misfired, causing both Sith and Jedi to lose their lives with their lightsabers left lying on Malachor.
Star Wars Rebels[]
During the reign of the Galactic Empire, Jedi Master Yoda told Kanan Jarrus' Jedi Padawan Ezra Bridger to find Malachor to help him defeat Darth Vader and the Inquisitors. Bridger, alongside Kanan Jarrus and Ahsoka Tano, traveled to Malachor, where three Inquisitors were killed; however, Ahsoka Tano remained on Malachor for some time after.
