Louie LaRusso Jr. is a character in the Netflix series Cobra Kai. He is a cousin of Daniel, Anthony and Samantha.
He is close with his cousin and co-worker Anoush Norouzi. However Louie is shocked to find out that Anoush dating his sister Vanessa. He gives them his blessing at the end of this season is long as he doesn't disrespect his sister in any way.
Personality[]
Like his cousin, Louie can be a "bit of a hot-head," according to Anoush when the former found out the latter was dating his sister, Vanessa. Louie was somewhat possessive of his sister, as Louie picked up a fight with Anoush at the country club. However, Louie accepted their love at the end because he cared about them both. This didn't stop him from threatening Anoush if he ever stepped out of line with Vanessa and in Season 6, Louie didn't hide his annoyance with it whenever Vanessa was being romantic with Anoush. He was easily insulted by Johnny Lawrence painting a dick on his cousin's billboard, seeing it as a sign of disrespect. Louie retaliated rather childishly by beating up Johnny's car as a payback and setting it on fire. When Daniel and Amanda heard of this, Daniel saw that this as the final straw and fired him, baning Louie from ever coming onto LaRussoAuto property. However, after Sam got hurt during the brawl, Louie was the first to show up at his cousin's doorstep, showing how much Louie truly did care about this family, despite all of his flaws.
Being fired and reflecting on his past actions, Louie became slightly more mature after Amanda and Daniel gave him a second chance. He gets along better with Anoush and even feels regret for his past encounter with Johnny, especially after the latter finally made peace with Louie's cousin Daniel. Louie felt remorseful for blowing up Johnny's car earlier. However, their first meeting since it happened were awkward between Johnny and Louie. However during the summer of 2019, Louie finally apologized to Johnny for his behavior after. To make up for destroying Johnny's car, Louie asks Johnny to let him organize a night on the town for him, Carmen and their friends in celebration of Laura's oncoming birth.
