Lord Chumley is the main antagonist of "Prime Target", the thrirty fifth episode of the hit animated series, The Transformers

He is an unyielding big-game hunter who utilizes advanced, though unconventional, technology to locate and capture the most dangerous and elusive species on the planet, particularly emphasizing his pursuit of Optimus Prime. His care is provided by the elderly Dinsmore.
