Lex Luthor is the main antagonist of the CW series Supergirl and a minor antagonist in the Arrowverse. He is the main antagonist of Season 4 and one of the main antagonists of Season 6 alongside Nyxlygsptlnz of Supergirl . He is an arch-enemy of both Supergirl and Superman and the half-brother of Supergirl's best friend, Lena Luthor .
