Leta Lestrange is a character in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. and once it the two tritagonists of it's sequel, Fantastic Beats: The Crimes of Grindelwald. She is the fiancee of Theseus Scamander and a former love interest of Newt Scamander, daughter of Corvus and Laurena Lestrange through the Imperious curse, and half-sister of Yusuf Kama.
In the first film, Leta is seen as a photograph in Newt's suitcase. Queenie identified Leta as a keeper and told Newt he was a giver and deserved someone like him.
