Leonardo (nicknamed Leo) is one of the four main protagonists of the 2012 TV series, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He is the eldest of the brothers and the leader of the Ninja Turtles, the surrogate brother of April O'Neil and Casey Jones and the adoptive son of Hamato Yoshi/Splinter.

After his adoptive father's death, Leonardo becomes the leader of the Hamato Clan and looks after his brothers and friends.
