Leia Organa Solo (née Leia Amidala Skywalker) is a major character within the Star Wars Legends. She is an influential character in the series, including the book Splinter of the Mind's Eye and the New Jedi Order series. Leia is the mother of Jaina, Jacen and Anakin Solo and the wife of Han Solo. Raised by Bail Organa and his wife, Leia became the leader of the Rebel Alliance and was reunited with her brother Luke, with whom she was separated at birth.In the Legends, like her father and brother, Leia becomes a member of the New Jedi Order and married Han as she did in the new Canon timeline.

Overview
The only daughter of Anakin Skywalker and Padmé Amidala, Leia, like her mainstream counterpart, was adopted and raised by Bail Organa, became the princess of Alderaan.
Unlike Canon Leia, this version was raised with an adoptive sister, Winter Celchu. She became a leader of the Rebel Alliance, where she would discover that her friend Luke Skywalker was her twin brother separated at birth. After the war with the Galactic Empire, Leia go on to marry her longtime sweetheart Han Solo, and have three children with him: a pair of twins, Jaina and Jacen.
