Lawrence is the secondary antagonist of Disney's 2009 animated feature film The Princess and the Frog. He is Prince Naveen's former manservant who seizes a chance for fortune by assisting Dr. Facilier in his plot to take Eli "Big Daddy" by posing as Prince Naveen.

During his song "Friends on The Other Side", it is revealed by Dr. Facilier that Lawrence was pushed around by his parents and his siblings. He is also possibly from England as well. He later became Prince Naveen's manservant and was the one who went with him to New Orleans after Naveen's parents cut him off.

His deception is discovered eventually sometime after Facilier's defeat after Charlotte get fed up with him for postponing their marriage proposal. When Charlotte bursts through the doors, she is horrified to find that it's not Prince Naveen behind the doors but Lawrence in his true form. She screams out in horror and Lawrence is soon arrested.
