Krel Tarron is one of the main protagonists of the Tales of Arcadia franchise. He is a minor character in Trollhunters, the deuteragonist of 3Below, a minor character in Wizards. and one of the main protagonists of the series finale movie, Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans.
He is the younger brother of Aja Tarron , the son of King Fialkov and Queen Coranda, and best friends with Eli Pepperjack. With a love for science and music, both he and Aja are destined to one day lead is people. However, a coup is orchestrated by General Morando on Akiridion-5 and his parents are gravely wounded. Escaping to the planet earth with Aja and their guardian Varvatos Vex. They disguise themselves as humans to blend in with the population of Arcadia Oaks, acting as foreign exchange students from Cantaloupia while dodging bounty hunters.
Overtime, Krel and Aja befriend the citizens within the city, including a small alliance with the Trollhunters and becoming friends with them, including Eli Pepperjack, Steve Palchuk, Toby Domzalski and AAARRRGGHH!!. After the fight with General Morando, Aja and Vex returned to Akiridion-5, with Krel remained in Earth, now recognizing it as his true home and joining the Trollhunters in one final battle up against the Arcane Order.
Krel is voiced by Diego Luna, who also voices Manolo Sánchez from The Book of Life (another Guillmore del Toro protection) and Cassian Andor in the Star Wars Franchise.

Krel appears twice in the series: In Good Hands (an episode that takes place simultaneously with the 3Below Episode, Lightning in a Bottle), where he is shown around Arcadia Oaks by Jim and later helps him, Claire and Toby capture lighting in a bottle. He later appears in Eternal Knight Part 1, where he competed in the Battle of the bands with his sister. Later, he and Aja are standing in the side of the stage, when he overheard Claire say that Earth had "something alien among them", Krel wondered if she was talking about them.

Part 1[]
In the crossover with Trollhunters, it is revealed that the Trollhunters and The Akiridions have met before, where Krel and his family ally themselves with the Trollhunters with Jim Lake Jr., Toby Domzalski and Claire Nuñez and their troll friends in stopping a troublemaking troll from creating a continuous time loop, using an Akiridion-5 Technology but end up forgetting the experience. However, when the team finds a way to stop him, they must destroy the device before the troll can find it but at the cost of them not remembering the experience. However, before the memory wipe, Blinky tells the heroes that fate will one day reunite them.
Part 2[]
In the last episode of ''3 Below'', after their parents' sacrifice Krel decides to stay on Earth but not before bidding farewell to his sister.
