Koto is the overarching antagonist of the Netflix series All Hail King Julien. He is the tyrannical king of the Mountain Lemur Kingdom who conquered and briefly ruled King Julien's kingdom, until he died during the War of the Beasts. He is also the younger brother and archenemy of Sage Moondancer. He is also one of the enemies of King Julien XIII.
He was voiced by Maurice LaMarche, who also voiced Lrrr, Francis X. Clampazzo, Donbot, Fishy Joe, Schlump and Fleb, Melllvar, and The Big Brain in Futurama, as well as Brain in Animaniacs, Dr. Nitrus Brio in the Crash Bandicoot franchise, Father in Codename: Kids Next Door, Mortimer Mouse in the Mickey Mouse franchise, Big Bob Pataki in Hey Arnold!, Mr. Freeze and Calendar Man in the Arkhamverse, Yosemite Sam in the Looney Tunes franchise, and Mr. Big in Zootopia.
