King Haggard is the main antagonist of the Peter S. Beagle novel The Last unicorn and its Rankin and Bass adaptation.
He is a lonely king who sees the beauty in the unicorns, the only things capable of making him happy. Haggard was being the disappearance of all the unicorns by having the Red Bull trap them in his sea nearest castle.
