}King Gripullon Chang is one of the supporting protagonists of The Fairly OddParents. He is the King of Yugopotamians on the planet Yugopotamia, the husband of Queen Jipjorrulac, and father of Mark Chang.
He is voiced by Rob Paulsen, who also voices his son Mark Chang and Jack Fenton and the Box Ghost from Danny Phantom, another Butch Hartman produced TV show.
