King Ahling is the king of Neolandia and a minor character in the Wonderstorm/Netflix animated fantasy series The Dragon Prince.

King Ahling married an unbanned woman and had several children with her, including Prince Kasef
Book 2: Sky[]
Ahling attended a summit meeting called on by Lord Viren with the other rulers of the Pentarchy (with King Ezran in absentia). He refused to go to war with Xadia after being persuaded not to by Queen Aanya.
Book 3: Sun[]
He and Aanya were the only survivors of The Moonshadow Elves' attacks but they left him critically injured. According to some sources after the Prince's death there is a group of people fighting for control over Ahling's Kingdom despite his other children.
Personality[]
He also has an unspecified amount of children, and actually takes pride in his eldest son Kasef. It is implied that the prince also cares for his father because he was outraged that Moonshadow Elf assassins attacked Ahling and thus, wanted justice for his death.
