Xuân Cao "Shan" Mạnh, better known as Karma, erroneously spelled Xi'an Coy Manh, is a character from the Marvel comics's X-Men franchise. She is a mutant who is endowed with the ability to seize control of another's mind.

She was created by Chris Claremont and  Frank Miller.
