Oroku Karai (also known as by her birth name as Hamato Miwa) is a character from the 2012 animated series adaptation of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. She is the biological daughter of Splinter who was stolen by the Shredder. Now, she is a 16-year-old master Kunoichi, adopted into The Foot Clan by Shredder as his daughter until her discovery of her true heritage in The Hamato Clan and the Ninja Turtles.

History

Karai Was born Hamato Miwa, the only daughter of Hamato Yushi and Tang Shen.

Personality

Upon discovering Splinter was her biological father, Karai lost the rest of her love and loyalty to the Shredder, angrily declaring that she was not his daughter. Any hatred she had towards Splinter fades overtime. In "The Invasion, Part 2", mutant Karai saves Splinter from drowning.

Like Raphael, Karai can become cocky and competitive.
