Kabuterimon is an Insectoid Digimon. Among newly discovered Digimon, it is a fairly unique Insectoid Digimon. The details of how it digivolved into an insect Type are unclear, but it has both ant-like power and the flawless defensive ability possessed by a beetle.

- Big Horn (Beetle Horn): Attacks with its horn.
- Quick Thrust (Blink Thrust): Sends blades of air at the foe from its horn.
- Electric Storm (Insect Plague): Crouches and radiates electricity.
- Shocking Touch (Danger Sting): Grabs hold of an enemy to electrocute it.
