Jorgen Von Strangle is a supporting protagonist in The Fairly OddParents. He is the "toughest fairy in the universe" because he is one of the warrior fairies who fought the Anti-Fairies and the Darkness in the Past. However, in the episode "The Fairy Beginning" it shows that Jorgen was always wimpy. Either the creators the ignored the events of the "Wishology" trilogy or Jorgen just says he is from the long line of fairy warriors because he wants to hide the fact he used to be without his buff muscles.
Jorgen serves as an antagonist towards Timmy, Cosmo and Wanda, but gradually, softens towards them. In the series, Jorgen is dating the Tooth Fairy. In "The Fairy Beginning," Jorgen and her began dating because Cosmo hit him with a frying pan and launching out his bicuspid tooth. Tooth Fairy was impressed by his tooth and she told Jorgen to go on a date with her. They ended up marrying in the episode "Teeth For Two."
In "Cosmo Rules," it turned out that Jorgen and Cosmo are distantly related to each other.
