Jimmy is a supporting antagonist turned anti-hero in the film The Karate Kid and a character in Cobra Kai He was a student at the Cobra Kai Dojo and a member of Johnny Lawrence's gang.
In the sequel series Cobra Kai, Jimmy has moved on from karate and much like Daniel Larusso, has gotten married with two children sons.
He was portrayed by Tony O'Dell.
Personality[]
Like Bobby and Daniel, Jimmy cannot believe that Johnny reopened Cobra Kai and that he let John Kreese back into his life. Jimmy would silently point out that bringing back Cobra Kai was a bad idea, and it brought up terrible mentors for Jimmy, especially after Kreese nearly killed Johnny. He is an excellent judge of character, with Jimmy and Bobby warning Johnny that he can't trust Kreese. This is proven correct in the Season 2 finale, when Kreese betrayed Johnny and regained Cobra Kai behind his former student's back after Tory Nichols instigated a school brawl that landed Miguel Diaz in the hospital. It also shows that Jimmy and Bobby remember the night that Kreese showed his true colors.
While it's unknown if he reconciled with Daniel like Johnny and Bobby did, it seems highly likely Jimmy would have apologized or at least felt remorse for the way they used to bully Daniel in the 1980s. Jimmy remembered that Kreese encouraged them to fight dirty against Daniel and that he later nearly choked Johnny to death. Nevertheless, Jimmy likely felt remorse for his actions as a teenager, especially since he married with children.
