Jay Walker's biological mother (also known as Libber and simply known as Lightning) is a minor character in the Ninjago franchise, serving as a minor character in 7 and the overarching protagonist of Season 6 and Season 13. She was the former elemental master of Lightning, Cliff Gordon's Ex-wife and Jay's biological mother. Like her son, Mrs. Gordon is a talkative person, which annoys her teammates at times.
After growing tired of her husband's womanizing ways, Lightning left him and gave Jay Gordon up for adoption.
Personality[]
She was much like her son, Jay; both are light-hearted, sometimes ditzy and very talkative.
Background[]
Forty years before Season 7, she helped the Sons of the First Spinjitzu Master and the other elemental Masters defeat Krux and Acronix, collectively known as the Hands of Time, twin brothers who were the Elemental Masters of Time.
She is voiced by Kelly Metzger, who also voices her son's girlfriend Nya in the same series.
