Jasper Dunlap is one of the two tritagonists of the 2014-2020 Nickelodeon television series Henry Danger and the animated spin-off series Kid Danger. He is Henry Hart (Kid Danger) and Charlotte Page's best friend. Jasper doesn't know about his friends' double lives until season 2, where he helps his friends Ray Manchester (Captain Man) protect the city of Swellview.
Biography[]
Season 1[]
In this season, Jasper is an awkward student at school with a love of buckets. He remains oblivious to the fact that his best friend, Henry Hart, is secretly Kid Danger. Around the same time Henry began fighting crime, Jasper was celebrating his thirteenth birthday party with Henry and their other best friend, Charlotte, meeting Ray Manchester/Captain Man. It also showcases Jasper's rivalry with Piper. For example, she blackmails him into doing things for her by threatening to post a video of him doing "The Cup Song" from Pitch Perfect. However, Henry drops her phone in the toilet on accident and Jasper blackmails Piper, capturing her on video of using her mother's make up and going to an under-aged club.She later sabotages his podcast by buying 10,000 fake downloads in revenge for him hogging up all the internet. Both Charlotte and Henry later secretly test Jasper to see if he is even ready to learn the secret that Henry is Kid Danger by claiming to be exes. However, Jasper reveals the secret to Ray, which inadvertently denies him the chance of learning his best friend's secret.
In the season 1 finale Jasper has a girlfriend, Courtney Sham, who tries to kill Charlotte twice in a fit of rage After being misled by Henry into believing Jasper is in love with Charlotte. After Henry pushes her out of Charlotte's window in an attempt to save her, Jasper believes that his girlfriend does need help after all. This effectively ends his relationship with her as well.
Season 2[]
Jasper loses his obsession of buckets and is a centric character in "Henry's Jelly," where Henry gets jealous of Jasper when he receives attention for stopping a criminal. However, he soon gets over it and acknowledges that Jasper is a hero. At the series finale of Season 2, Jasper finally learns Henry is Kid Danger after he reveals his second identity (In reality, Jasper was mad that Henry went to see Galaxy Wars 10 without him) and Ray is Captain Man. Ray wants to erase Jasper's entire memory and Henry threatens to quit, causing Ray to let Jasper keep his memories if he keeps their secret.

Personality[]
.Jasper can be annoying at times, even coming up with incompetent and questionable. Because of this, Captain Man gets easily frustrated with Jasper when he is in the way of his and Kid Danger's plans.
When it comes to relationships, he has unlucky, mostly because the girls he was interested in turned out to be mentally ill (like his his ex-girlfriend Courtney Sham, who Henry threw out the window. However, other girls were henchwomen of evil villains (such as Miss Shapen's niece, Noelle. However, people think Jasper will never have a true relationship because of his immaturity drives some of the females away.
However Jasper is still a loyal and supportive friend of Henry and Charlotte and really does have good intentions.
Trivia[]
- Throughout season 1, Jasper had an obsession towards buckets. However by Season 2, he appears to have grown out of it as his bucket obsession never appears again after season 1.
- Sometime after "Henry and the Bad Girl Part 2," Jasper got foot reduction surgery because his friends often looked down at his feet when he was talking to them or hurt if he prolonged his walks
